Its back!

After 3 successful years we are pleased to offer this special week once again - book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited.

With 5 days of guiding & coaching we will aim to tackle some of the classic steep descents of the area. Last years highlights included the North face of Bellecote, North face of the Foglietta, and NE couloir on the Cheval Noir.

This week will be 'gravity-assisted' ie we will use the lift systems as much as possible to maximise ski time however we may do some uphill (skinning/walking) to access the best descents.

A ski-touring set-up is recommended for this course.

The ski areas:

Bourg St Maurice has a funicular link to Les Arcs, and offers easy road access to all the major Tarentaise resorts: Tignes, Val D'Isere, St Foy, La Plagne, Espace San Bernardino... This base gives us lots of scope to roam as far and wide as we need to seek out the best snow.   

 

Please note: This course is run on a maximum group size of 4 people and is sold as a 7 nights/5 days trip - ie the first day is an un-guided warm-up day for skiers to find their ski legs in their own time.
